The
Pro:fantastic Golf Challenge 2010
The Pro:fantastic Golf Challenge is open to any amateur golfer based in the UK who wishes to represent their chosen football fans in the challenge.
1.1 - The Pro:fantastic Golf Challenge is a full handicap, stableford 2-ball event open to any persons described above.
1.2 - Players must all have an official club handicap. Society handicaps are also accepted. Verification of handicaps will be required during this stage of the competition.
In the event of players reaching the Grand Final, any changes of handicap certification must shown to Pro Club Ltd at least 7 days prior to departure.
1.3 - Handicap limits for Golf Challenge are 18 (Men) and 24 (Women) *
1.4 - The cost of registering for the Challenge is £150 plus VAT per 2-ball team. Completed registration forms must be returned to the organiser's office at least 28 days prior to the regional heat.
1.5 - The names of the players and their guests must be submitted by post to the organisers on the official registration form within at least 28 days of the date of the regional heat.
1.6 - Upon receipt of a completed Registration Form and payment, the Team will be placed into the regional heat requested on a first come first served basis.

2.1 - Each regional heat and the Grand Final will consist of an 18 hole, 2-ball, Stableford competition. The minimum age for qualifying competitors is 18 years of age. The event organisers reserve the right to disqualify any player found to be cheating on their handicap declaration.
2.2 - The top scoring team at each regional heat will automatically qualify for the Grand Final to be staged at a top European venue in November 2010.
2.3 - The top scoring team at The Profantastic Golf Challenge Grand Final will be deemed to be The Profantastic Golf Challenge Champions for 2010.

2.4 - In the event of a tie, the qualifying / winning team will be decided by a sudden death play off at the 18th hole.
2.5 - All players who have qualified for the Grand Final must have an official club handicap, valid within the last three months. Verification of handicaps will be required during this stage of the competition.
2.6 - The regional heats & Grand Final will be officiated by an Event Director, Pro Club International Ltd and a Tournament Referee who will be the sole arbitrators.
2.7 – Return flights to the Grand Final, and accommodation including breakfast and two rounds of golf will be covered by Pro Club International Ltd for qualifiers of the Grand Final.
3.1 - In matters concerning any off-course query or dispute, the decision of the organising committee will be final. That committee will comprise of a qualified Professional Golfers Association member, the event organisers, namely Pro Club International Ltd., plus, if appropriate, an independent referee.
3.2 - The organisers reserve the right to change details described in the event literature.
3.3 - The organisers cannot be held responsible for any liability caused by inclement weather.
3.4 – Players must respect the traditional golf dress code and that of the venues participating in the Profantastic Golf Challenge. Trousers (no denim jeans) or tailored shorts may be worn. No visibly branded clothing will be allowed on course due to television and sponsorship regulations and restrictions.
3.5 - Swearing or abusive language on or off the golf course will be treated as a direct disregard for the individual golf venues code of conduct and will not be tolerated. The consumption of alcohol on the golf course is strictly prohibited. Any player or spectator found drinking alcohol during play will be asked to leave.
3.6 - All players play at their own risk and are advised to take out personal injury insurance. No responsibility can be taken for any loss or damage to personal property.
